What is a Welcome Party?

The Welcome Party is an opportunity for us to greet our guests before the wedding the day. More time to catch up and celebrate together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Willows Lodge between 5:00-5:20pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, please dress up in cocktail attire. Short dresses, slacks without a tie, not formal but not casual either. For the Wedding, please dress in Garden Formal. Long dresses, suits with ties, bright colors for a bright summery day.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Willows Lodge has complimentary valet. Just pull up to the front doors and say you're with the Sundberg/Fitzgerald wedding. They'll take it from there.

So... Drinks?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will host a cocktail hour with signature cocktails, wine, and beer. After dinner, the bar will open to be a full open bar. There will be non-alcoholic options throughout the event.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!
