Flight

Dulles (IAD) or Reagan (DCA)

Either airport is good, but Dulles may be a faster drive to the hotel in Bethesda, particularly during rush hour. Reagan is conveniently located on the Metro line (blue or yellow lines), but you will need to transfer to the red line to go to the Bethesda station.
