Our story began at Tamari Bar, where we shared drinks and small plates while a couple next to us got kicked out of the bar. It was distracting to our conversation, but also quite the bonding moment!
Our second date started at the Seattle Asian Art Museum. We bonded over sharing our different Asian cultures we saw at the museum and grabbed coffee after! We later took some of our engagement photos at this museum as well!
Our third date consisted of a game night at Kate's pub, a bar that we realized we had both frequented, almost weekly, before we met. We played Rummikub until the bar closed that night. Order the chicken tenders. They're the most tender chicken tenders you will ever have in your LIFE. Kati, the owner, buys them from a local butcher down the street. Trust us on this!
Our fourth date started with coffee at Copper Tree and ended at Volunteer Park, where we played fetch with Iggy for a few hours! The Natalie: hot dirty chai with almond milk The Ponti: cortado with oat milk This is the coffee shop that we initially bonded over, realizing we likely crossed paths here several times before we even met! Say hello to Izzy, the owner, who serves an incredible cortado with a smile and a great listening ear.
This is where we spent the bulk of our time early on in our relationship! Capitol Hill offers a vibrant arts scene, eclectic coffee shops & restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in the city.
We spent both of our birthdays at this bowling alley in 2023 because it was so much fun! They have an arcade, karaoke, and billiards as well. It is a 21+ establishment.
This one speaks for itself. It's been a pretty special place since we started dating and has never ceased in being the stage for special moments in our lives.
