For your convenience, we recommend flying into one of the following airports when traveling to our wedding: Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) ~ 1 h 25 min by car - This is the main international airport in the area. - Most major airlines fly here directly from the U.S. and other international cities. From Milan Malpensa, guests can: - Rent a car - Take a train to Milan city center or nearby towns - Arrange private transfers or taxis Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio – BGY) ~ 1 h 8 min by car - A great option for guests flying with European or budget airlines (Ryanair, EasyJet, etc.). - It’s smaller and easy to navigate. From Bergamo Airport, guests can: - Rent a car - Take a shuttle or train into Milan or Lake Como area - Pre-book a private car service
Hotel
This is the hotel in which all of the events will be held at. Guests can contact the hotel directly at reservation@hotelvillacipressi.it to book their stay subject to availability. In the event the rooms are booked, the hotel can book you at one of their sister hotels nearby. Please include the following subject line in the email request: "Khamis - Platis Wedding - Sept 29-30." A credit card will be asked as a guarantee (not charged) for the stay, and at the cancellation policy deadline (45 days before arrival), the hotel will send a payment link to secure the balance of the stay. We will be hosting a boat party on 9/28/26 as a pre-welcome event for the guests who arrive before the hotel exclusivity begins.
