There will be a sign up near the front door of the winery telling people to wait for the shuttle. Someone from the wedding party will be on site to let guests know what to do.
Guests are to arrive at the winery at 4:30/4:45 and then will be directed to board the shuttle for the ceremony. Ceremonies last (generally) around 25-30 minutes, so there is plenty of time to get everyone shuttled back to the reception by 6PM.
There are area hotels 12-15 miles from the winery. The bride and groom have blocked up to 20 rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites in St. Charles. This is also the pick-up and drop-off location for the shuttle to the venue. Shuttle fits up to 14 people at a time.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please consider the warm temperatures when planning your outfit. We wouldn't want anyone to be uncomfortable. Our only request is that you do not wear any shade of white as that is reserved for the bride.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite.
