All standard rooms are run of the house (ROH) and are offered at the exclusive daily group rate of $239.00 per room + 20% per night surcharge. For your convenience, the Club will continue to accept reservations for the Keener - Moran Wedding until 10/22/2025 at the prevailing group rate two days prior and after the event, based on availability. Each guest is responsible for making their own reservation by calling the reservations department at 312-427-7800 or at 800-443-0578 by 10/22/2025. We ask all groups to adhere to the cutoff date at which time all unsecured rooms will be released to the Club for general sale at 12:00 am on 10/22/2025. Individual guest reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid a one-night room charge. If your party is interested in additional room types, the rates are as follows: Double Queens $259.00 King Deluxe $279.00 Queen Deluxe $299.00 Executive Suite $339.00 *A 20% per night surcharge is also applied to the above listed guest rooms. * We cannot guarantee early check-in; all guests must plan accordingly. The Club provides complimentary baggage and coat check for guests arriving prior to 3:00 pm. GUEST ROOM BILLING Each guest of the Keener - Moran Wedding will be responsible for all charges by providing a credit card upon making a reservation. We will provide transportation to & from the ceremony. There will be two shuttle buses with a capacity of 50 seats in each bus. Both buses will arrive at 3:10pm with a departure time of 3:25pm. Following the ceremony, we will be shuttling guests to the Union League Club of Chicago for cocktail hour & the reception at 5:30pm.
