Hotel Parking

Guests are welcome to temporarily park outside the front entrance to unload and check in before heading into the ramp. This is recommended, as it allows the front desk to provide guidance on overnight parking to avoid confusion. Hotel Parking Instructions: *Park in the indoor ramp physically connected to the hotel and make note of your license plate. *Let front desk know you need to add parking on to your reservation. They'll provide you with a yellow parking ticket to have in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. *Code for entry door to get back into the ramp will be texted to the registered cell number

Shuttle

A shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 3pm & 3:30pm. It will then depart from the venue to the hotel at 9:30pm, 10pm, 10:30pm, & 11pm. Please note that the shuttle is a black 34-passenger mid-coach and will be parked on the street about 30 steps from the entrance of the hotel.

LYFT Vouchers

Courtyard Minneapolis Downtown offers LYFT vouchers to all guests. When checking in, you will be provided a code to enter into the LYFT app on your phone. Once this code is entered, you will see a credit on your account that amounts to the usual round trip cost between the hotel and Campus Club. You will be able to utilize this service anytime between 7am and 11pm on the day of the wedding.
