Location & Directions to 4th Floor

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Campus Club. Campus Club is located on the 4th floor of Coffman Memorial Union (300 Washington Ave SE) on the University of Minnesota campus. Upon arrival, walk in the front door of Coffman. The bookstore is straight ahead and elevators are on either side of the bookstore. Just take the elevators up to the 4th floor and you are there!

With I-94 being closed, what is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Guests can still access the venue (Coffman Memorial Union) by taking the Washington Ave (East Bank) exit from 35W.  They can also take University Ave (limited to one lane in both directions).  Apologies for the inconvenience!

Where is the best place to park at the venue?

Answer

The East River Road Parking Garage (385 E River Parkway) is located across the street from Coffman Memorial Union. • There is only one elevator bank in the garage. Take the elevator to the plaza level (Level 1) and walk across the street to Coffman. • Another option is to park on “Level A” (or take the elevator to that level) and follow the signs to the “Gopher Way” tunnel that leads into Coffman. You’ll emerge in the basement of Coffman: take the stairs, then the escalator up to the ground floor. • Take the Coffman elevators to the 4th floor. Elevators are on either side of the Bookstore, opposite the restrooms.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Only children of immediate family will be in attendance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. If you are using the shuttle or Lyft services, they will drop you off at the front door and it shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes to get up to the 4th floor and seated. If you are driving, please plan to arrive at the parking garage no later than 3:40pm so you have plenty of time to park and find your way to Coffman Memorial Union.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. For women, this could be a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates. For men, this could be a suit and tie or just a dress shirt and slacks.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Campus Club has a beautiful outdoor terrace that overlooks the Minneapolis skyline, we plan to have the ceremony here (weather permitting). The terrace will remain open throughout the night, but the reception will be indoors.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? Are there vegetarian/vegan options?

Answer

We will be offering a buffet featuring chicken, pot roast, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, & house-made breads. If you are needing a vegetarian/vegan meal, please contact Logan or Natalie by May 30th to let them know.

Will there be an open bar?

We will be hosting beer (Golden Light) and wine for our guests.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 5712 103rd Avenue N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

When does the party end?

Answer

Dancing and celebrations end at 11pm. There will be a final shuttle departing at that time.
