5:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
*Grab a drink & please be seated by 5:50 PM.
6:00 PM | Ceremony
*Bride & Groom will sign their marriage license on stage. During that time, servers will be bringing around glasses of champagne. *If you want non-alcoholic, please raise your hand.
*Dinner is served immediately following the ceremony. You can line up on the NE aisle of the symphony hall, after the officiant releases you.
6:30 PM | Drinks & Dinner
*Dinner Provided by La Salsa
7:00 PM | Reception Entrance & Cake Cutting
8:00 PM | Grand Entrance into the Dance Room
*We won’t be doing a send-off or leaving this evening, instead...They will sneak away for a few minutes while everyone gathers around the dance floor and have a grand entrance into the dance room!
8:10 PM | First Dance.
*The couple will invite all couples to join half way though the song.
*Following the First Dance, we will take a group photo on the dance floor.
11:30 PM | After Party at The Locker Room!

Cocktail Attire: Dress to impress—cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dark jackets and slacks.
This will be an adults-only evening, so start planning for sitters for the little ones! We hope it gives you a chance to enjoy a night off. Dinner and cocktails will be provided, so get ready for a night of celebration, dancing, and fun. We love your kiddos, but this one’s just for the grown-ups!
