Hotel
We currently have two boarding houses reserved. One will be deligated the more "quiet" and the other will host the after party. Each dorm has two single beds. We have the boarding houses for both Friday and Saturday. Check in and out is 12:00 pm
Flight
Victoria Airport: Approximately a little less than an hour from the venue (depending on traffic). From the airport there are many different options to rent a car. Nanaimo Airport: is the same as Victoria less than an hour to the venue. We recommend Victoria Airport.
Travel Note
If you are driving from the mainland, we recommend leaving from Tsawwassen Terminal to Victoria (Swartz Bay). There is also Nanaimo Ferry (Departure Bay) which leaves from Horseshoe Bay. We recommend that you make a ferry reservation for both ways.
House Or Rental
There are no hotels in Mill Bay. There is one in Duncan and Cowichan Bay. We will not have transportation at the end of the night. If you are not wanting to stay in the boarding house, we recommend getting an Airbnb or BnB in Mill Bay. ASAP.
