Is there a dress code?

Answer

A semi-formal dress code that reflects the elegance of the occasion while keeping you cool and comfortable. As our dear friend Sam Nault says: “elevated garden party.” For the ladies: Think chic summer dress. Bright, breezy colours are perfect for the season. Colourful and fun. **Please note** It is recommend to skip on the stiletto heels. We will also need to walk on uneven ground for less then 100 ish meters to the reception area. For the gentlemen: A blazer, or dress shirt with dress pants will work wonderfully. Feel free to skip the tie or opt for a lighter, summer-friendly version. Please consider the weather and dress in layers if needed. We want everyone to enjoy the day in style and comfort!

When should I RSVP by?

We are needing to reserve the boarding houses by December 20th, we ask RSVP's are completed by then.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is for kids 10 years old and up (gotta be in the double digits). If you are travelling with little ones, please let us know and we will have a babysitter who will be available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those who are local, there will be signage directing you to parking (left at four way stop) For those who are staying at Brentwood, straight at four way stop, and there will be signage.

Will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

Yes :) We will have a bus to take us all up the road to the Higginson's residence (4 minutes)
