The Switch House

Guests are welcome to stay on site at the Switch House Hotel on Saturday, May 16th. Please note, there are no available rooms on Friday, May 15th 2026. Check-in is at 4PM on May 16th, and check-out is at 11AM on Sunday, May 17th. Guests arriving earlier than 4:00PM will be checked in as soon as suites become available.

The Windsor Suites

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from our rehearsal dinner venue, and located adjacent to beautiful Logan Square. A shuttle will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception. The trolley will depart from the Windsor Suites at 4:00PM and 4:50PM. The shuttle will return guests to these hotels at the end of the night. It will start at 1 hour before the end of the reception (10:30PM). Price per room is $189.00 per night (studio suite), and $229.00 per night (skyline suite). Please use the following link to book.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the welcome party venue and perfectly located adjacent to broad street and City Hall. A shuttle will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception. The trolley will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott at 4:45PM The shuttle will return guests to these hotels at the end of the night.
