Rehearsal Dinner + Welcome Drinks (Friday) - Cocktail attire: dresses of any length, or stylish jumpsuits for the women, and suit/tie or blazers with dress pants for the men. Ceremony + Reception (Saturday) - Black tie optional: For the women, a formal evening gown or cocktail dress. For the men, a classic black tuxedo is always appropriate, but a dark suit (navy, black, or charcoal) is also a great choice. Farewell Brunch (Sunday) - Wear whatever makes you comfortable, whether it be a fun sundress, jeans and a top, or your travel outfit!
The rehearsal dinner will take place inside the Parkway Central Library, followed by an outdoor welcome party on the roof of the library (weather permitting). Please bring a light sweater or jacket. The ceremony and reception will be entirely indoors.
Our wedding will be an adults and young-adult only event, as much as we love everyone's children. We kindly ask that only those named on the RSVP join us.
Yes, valet service will be provided at the Switch House. There will not be parking provided at the Parkway Central Library, but there are parking meters and kiosks on the surrounding streets, as well as several nearby paid parking lots.
There will be a trolley service provided on Saturday which will shuttle guests from The Courtyard by Marriott and The Windsor Suites to the venue. The trolley will depart from the Windsor Suites at 4:00PM and 4:50PM. The trolley will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott at 4:45PM The shuttle will return guests to these hotels at the end of the night. It will start at 1 hour before the end of the reception (10:30PM). Guests staying at the Sheraton Suites (or any other area hotel) are welcome to meet at the Courtyard by Marriott or the Windsor Suites to take the shuttle. Philadelphia also has numerous taxi cabs, Ubers, and Lyfts available.
