Kayak
Kayaking is a fun and beautiful way to experience Costa Brava. Lemon Kayak and Kayak Fenals are two companies located close to the Santa Marta Hotel and Hotel Rigat.
Camí de Ronda
Hiking the coastal walking path, Camino De Ronda, is a popular activity as the path runs along a large portion Costa Brava. The S'Arago Beach path leads north of Blanes and is a less rugged portion of the trail, more similar to a boardwalk, that still offers incredible views. A section further north from Tossa de Mar to Cala Bona is particularly beautiful. It is an easy hike, and you can stop to swim along the way or just enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Cala Beaches
Calas are smaller cove-like beaches dotted along the coastline of Costa Brava. Many require parking on the street and walking down the cliffside to the beach. Some have small beach bars. We will list some of our favorites (in order of closest to wedding events to furthest North) and encourage you to explore and find new spots. Tossa de Mar
We highly recommend visiting and spending time in this town of Costa Brava. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from the wedding event locations in Blanes. Calella de Palafrugell
Another town in Costa Brava known to be a quaint beach area. Approximately a 1 hour drive from Blanes /the wedding event locations.
Begur
A more northern hilltop town in Costa Brava, highly recommended by locals of Spain and known to be very beautiful and tranquil. The brides will be starting their honeymoon here. It is 1 hour and 15 minutes from Blanes.
Girona
Historic city of the Catalonia region, situated between the mountains and coastline, it has medieval influences and riverfront views throughout the city.
Cadaqués
Gorgeous, more remote town of Costa Brava known for a trendy and relaxed ambiance.
