Natalie and Isaac's love story began like all of the greats... on the internet! They "swiped 'yes'" on each other on JSwipe and were smitten. There was only one small problem... Natalie's job was moving her to Germany for three months. Alas, Isaac took down her number and put a reminder in his phone to call her when she returned stateside. As luck, and "sausage fingers" would have it, Isaac also "accidentally" added Natalie on Instagram while looking for her profile, and thus the communication continued long distance. They went out for drinks six days after Natalie returned home and have been inseparable ever since. Thanks, pandemic!
Isaac convinced Natalie the ring would take months to make, and despite all evidence to the contrary (such as Meg saying he was wrong), Natalie was truly dumbfounded when Isaac proposed. After a day full of activities... cooking a brisket, going out for breakfast, and walking 2 miles to the Vessel, Natalie and Isaac set off to meet friends and watch the sunset at their favorite pier, 45. When they arrived, a woman asked if she could take their picture. As an avid Law and Order SVU fan, Natalie promptly screamed "STRANGER DANGER" and swam away across the Hudson. (At least that was her initial inclination). Extrovert Isaac persuaded her to oblige. As the sun set behind them, the photographer began to shoot and Isaac got down on one knee. The rest is history (or at least the reason you're all getting invited to a wedding)!
Natalie was a fully formed person before she met Isaac and will continue to be her fabulous self long after they wed. She also looks forward to not having to change the details on her passport.
