It would be best to arrive 15-20 minutes early to be seated by 4!

Yes, as well as staff to direct and assist guests to the ceremony and also to the event barn for the reception.

If your invitation says “and Guest” then yes.

There will be a bartender set up starting at 4:00 and will be there until 10:00 - limited options of beer will be provided.
