Limit your exposure to non-household members as much as possible two weeks prior to January 30th and/or get tested! We want to celebrate with you all in the most authentic and safe way that we can. If you are unable to get tested with your medical provider, below are a few testing resources: https://211sandiego.org/covid19/covid-19-testing/ (Free!) https://cvshealth.com/covid-19/testing-locations https://www.walgreens.com/findcare/covid19/testing
Yes. When you arrive to the reception, you will be asked to select one of three colored bracelets: RED will be designated for those who may be high risk or are being cautious, and will be masked and distanced at all times, YELLOW will be designated for those who will be masked but are ok talking less than 6 feet apart, GREEN will be designated for those who are comfortable with hugs and high fives. You can select whichever color best represents your comfort level. However, our only request is that you are respectful of other guests' selections. For example, if you see someone with a red bracelet, please do not approach them and wear your mask whenever in close proximity. We appreciate your understanding with regard to this request.
Masks are not required, but are highly encouraged. Again, our big request is that you respect the comfort level of other guests. We will have 4 sanitizing stations, as well as masks and hand sanitizers available for each guest.
At this time we have about 75 guests who have RSVP’d, and anticipate that will be the highest number of guests in attendance.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors. We may have a more intimate ceremony with a live stream option at our reception location for guests to watch.
Parking is complimentary and there is a dirt lot at the front of the property that will be used for parking. When you drive down the driveway, turn to your right (before the garage) and follow the signs.
Dinner will be plated and served by the serving staff from our caterer, additionally hors d 'oeuvres will be pre-plated when served. There will be two bar stations, and we are currently working with the bartending company on the best approach to keep the party going without having guests gather at each bar. Stay tuned for more information.
There will be a dance floor, however there will be plenty of space around the dance floor for those who would like to maintain their distance. We want everyone to have a wonderful time, whether they will dance in their place or with those in their household.
