Canada is pretty far — are you celebrating anywhere else?
Answer
We completely understand that making the trip to Canmore is a huge undertaking and that not everyone will be able to make it! We will be having parties in Brisbane (late December) and London (Summer 2023) for those who can’t celebrate with us on our big day. We will send further details about these events soon!

How do I get to Canmore?
Answer
If you are travelling internationally, the best option is to fly to Calgary International Airport. From London, direct flights are available from both Gatwick and Heathrow; from Australia, our family tends to fly through Vancouver, though good options are also available through L.A. and San Francisco. You can then either rent a car or take one of the regular shuttle buses from the airport directly to Canmore. The Banff Airporter has a service roughly every hour and will have you to Canmore in about 90 minutes.

Answer
The average low temperature in April is around -5°C, with the average high around 10°C. We recommend packing warm layers, particularly for those wanting to try outdoor activities like Spring skiing, tubing, or trail walks - but don't forget your bathing suits for the hot springs.

While we love your kids we thought you might like a night off. Adults only please! If you need assistance with arranging childcare while you are in Canmore please let us know.
