We have negotiated a discounted rate for Friday-Sunday. Please book your stay by August 1st in order to guarantee a room with our discounted rate.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Amazon, Target and Zola registries. View all three through the "Registry" tab. We also have a honeymoon fund available through our Zola registry.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please notify either Natalie or Garrett and we will make note of your preference. Our venue offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free entree options.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Royal Palms Resort and Spa offers complimentary valet parking. Once arrived, you will be personally escorted to our ceremony space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely adore the kids in our lives, we have decided to host an adult-only celebration for our wedding day. We hope you understand that this decision will allow us to create an atmosphere for our guests to fully enjoy the ceremony and reception. If you are planning to travel to Arizona with your little ones, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare during the event.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors. Dancing will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically November evening temperatures range between 45°F and 55°F, with daytime highs ranging 65–75°F.
