Please gather in your respective hotel lobby around 12:45pm - the shuttle will depart promptly at 1pm. It will also run from the ceremony to the venue, and regularly from the venue back to the hotels/after party.

Closest airport to fly into - 20 minute drive/uber to the suggested hotels.

BWI Airport

If it's difficult/expensive to find a flight into Harrisburg International Airport, Baltimore-Washington International Airport is another option. BWI is roughly a 1.5 hour drive from the suggested hotels.

Train

Harrisburg Amtrak & Greyhound Station

The Amtrak/Greyhound Station is less than 20 minutes from the suggested hotels. Amtrak is a very easy way to get to Harrisburg, especially from NYC. It’s a 3-hour direct train, and they run between NYC and Harrisburg every 1-2 hours. Greyhound buses run a few times a day between DC and Harrisburg.
