When is the RSVP deadline and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12, 2024. You can RSVP here on the website by selecting the RSVP tab. Please note, if you do not RSVP, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the ceremony or reception.

Is there a wedding room block?

Answer

Yes! For your comfort and convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Hilton Garden Inn, Fredericksburg, VA. The wedding block room rate may be reserved from Friday, October 11, 2024 through Sunday, October 13, 2024. Please use our Hotel Block Page for more details.

What if I cannot make it to the wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "NO" so we can plan accordingly. We ask that you RSVP by August 12, 2024.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive at the venue between 4:00-4:30pm because there is a security gate at the entrance. Let them know that you are attending Natalie & Manny's wedding and the gate attendant will provide you with a pass to be placed on your dashboard.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal wear. For example, dresses, formal jumpsuits, ties/bow ties, slacks, suits and dress shoes. Please do not wear casual or athletic attire. Thanks!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to our wedding planner Theresa Nelson at 804-869-5704 or theresa.nelson804@gmail.com

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

We love your children! However, this is an adult only event. Please do not bring your child(ren).

Is there onsite parking? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, there is free onsite parking at the venue.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

Transportation to the venue will not be provided. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to get through the security gate at entrance and for parking. Wishing you safe travels and please remember to drive responsibly.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held indoors/outdoors. Note: Should inclement weather arise, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Can I take pictures and post on social media?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be unplugged. Please DO NOT use your phone, cameras and tablets during the ENTIRE CEREMONY ONLY. You may take and post as many pictures and videos as you like during the reception. Thanks!

Will alcohol be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you wish to participate in alcoholic beverages throughout the night, please bring a credit card or cash to enjoy the bar.

Answer

We do! We encourage you to use our hashtag #OhHappyGray to help us keep up with photos from the day!
