Check-in and free time

Check-in begins at 12 pm. From 12-5 feel free to explore the grounds, spend time with friends or family at your cabins or at the lodge, go on a hike on the property, play some outdoor games (corn hole), or explore the local areas. We encourage people to bring a small cooler with beverages and snacks for your cabin. See the THINGS TO DO tab for ideas!
Welcome Dinner
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
A casual dinner TBD will be served. Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Dinner will begin at 6, and there will be a few speeches around 7. After dinner we will have some light music in the lodge and a camping game night for anyone who would like to join in.

Brunch
8:00 am - 11:00 am
A casual brunch buffet will be offered for guests. Feel free to take some snacks to go, or sit and enjoy at the lodge. Stop in any time between 8-11 am.
Time to explore or relax

On Saturday morning, feel free to stop by the brunch buffet for a bite to eat or to take some food to go. You can either choose to spend time at the property or go on a local excursion. Check out the THINGS TO DO tab for some ideas! We'll see you at 3 pm!
Wedding Weekend

Check-in is at 12 pm on Friday and check-out is at 10 am on Sunday. We will reach out about cabin selections once we have all of our RSVP's. We do need to collect the money for cabins by May 1st. You can send Venmo or Paypal to either Ko or Nastasha. And please let us know if you would be interested in bunking up with someone- we may have a few people looking. We will also send suggested packing lists, check-in procedures and meal details as the date approaches.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are slacks and dress shirts or cocktail dresses.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
After the ceremony, guests will take a short walk through the forest to the lodge. Champagne and canapes will be served.
Dinner
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Our dear friend and favorite chef, Anthony Yang, will be cooking up a very special meal for our wedding dinner. Dinner will begin at 5 pm. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Dancing
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
At 7 pm, we ask that everyone heads inside the lodge for the beginning of our evening of dancing. We are aiming to start this little boogie session early because we have a strict music ordinance that ends at 10 pm. We also invite you to gather around the fire and enjoy if dancing is not your thing :)
