We DO recommend booking flights and hotels sooner rather than later, as this is the weekend of the Oklahoma Memorial Marathon and rates will be significantly more expensive generally at hotels without the group rate.

The BancFirst building built in 1954 has now been renovated into an Autograph Collection hotel and residential space. We have a block of rooms available here Friday, April 25th, and Saturday, April 26th. This is also where the rehearsal dinner is taking place. The brand new Okana Resort & Indoor Water Park (literally not even open yet as I write this blurb) is right next door to the venue and promises fun for the entire family. We have a room block available here for Friday, April 25th, and Saturday, April 26th for booking as well. Room rate: $249/night

Flight

Will Rogers World Airport (OKC)

If you are flying in, you will want to arrive at the Will Rogers World Airport (OKC). This is 15-20 minute drive from the hotels. The airport offers several shuttle, taxi, or rental options, and both Uber & Lyft are widely used in OKC.

We acknowledge many of you may have hotel reward program loyalties or prefer an AirBnB. Never fear, there are plenty of other options around! When searching for neighborhoods near the wedding weekend events, options in Downtown and Midtown are recommended. Other popular areas close by are the Plaza District and the Paseo District.
