If you received an invitation directly, please feel free to bring a plus one with you to make the day extra special.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, children are allowed! However, by venue rules each child (no matter the age) counts as a guest, so please let us know if everyone in your family will be attending or if kids are getting left at home.

What is the weather like in Colorado at this time of year?

Answer

For friends and family not familiar with the Buena Vista area, please know the following regarding weather: this area of Colorado is considered to be high mountain desert. That typically means day time temps of high 70's with nighttime temps hovering in the low 40's. While generally weather is pretty sunny, afternoon rain or thunderstorms are a common occurrence. Basically, you'll need to pack for every kind of weather. MOST importantly - please note that Buena Vista sits at 8,000 ft, and our wedding venue is slightly higher than that. The best thing you can do to acclimate to the elevation and climate is to spend a couple days in Denver first. Remember to hydrate, eat plenty, and take breaks out of the sun.
