RSVP deadline

Answer

We are currently no longer accepting RSVPs. If we have not heard from you by April 21st, we have marked that you are unable to attend the wedding and we hope to catch up soon! If you have responded and there are changes to your RSVP, please text us directly so we can keep our vendors up-to-date with the final guest count. Thank you for understanding!

Parking

Answer

Metered parking is available in the adjacent lot and street parking surrounding the venue for $1.50 per hour from 9:00am until 10:00pm. Cars are NOT allowed to be left overnight. Complimentary parking walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club is available in residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda, but is limited and guests must adhere to all city postings. If any guest(s) would like a pre-paid parking voucher for the adjacent lot, reach out to Nani or Nikko directly. Please note that we can only provide a limited number of vouchers.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Please refer to the travel & accommodations tab for hotel block information. However, if you wish to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of other hotels and Airbnb/VRBO rentals available in the area.

Can I bring a date?

Our guest list is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

While we love and cherish your children, we've chosen to host an event that will cater to mainly adults. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to celebrating with you!

San Clemente weather in June

Answer

High temperature averages in the mid 60s & low temperature averages in the mid 50s. We recommend guests to bring a cardigan or a jacket, as it can get chilly by the ocean in the evenings.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn; PLEASE remember to wear sunscreen! We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. Cocktail hour and the reception will be on the roof deck, with an indoor bar, dance floor, and limited seating for anyone needing a break from the sun.

Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

We encourage our guests to take pictures/videos throughout the RECEPTION & share them through a QR code that will be placed on each guest table. However, we request that guests refrain from using their phones & UNPLUG during the CEREMONY. We'd love for our guests to be fully present during this time.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please include any dietary restrictions with your RSVP and we will work with 24carrots to accommodate them.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Drinks are on Emma! There will be a 5-hour open bar following the ceremony. Please note that 24carrots and the venue has a no shot policy during the first and last hour of the open bar. Last call will be 30 minutes before the end of the reception. We hope that our guests will drink responsibly and we recommend guests to arrange ride-share or having a designated driver for the evening. May I take a centerpiece home as a souvenir?

Answer

All vases and vessels on guest tables must be returned to the florist. Guests are welcome to remove the flowers from vases & take the flowers home.
