We're Getting Married!

Our love story might not be the plot of a movie (yet), but we like to think it’s got all the right ingredients: an industrial warehouse, a persistent cousin, a bold first move, and a very romantic shrink-wrap station. Jacob had already been working at Zimmer Biomet when Nancy joined the team in January 2022. While he was busy being the quiet, dependable guy who knew where everything was and was a pro at returns, Nancy was the friendly new face trying to learn the ropes (and avoid getting run over by a forklift). Enter Abby—Jacob’s cousin and matchmaking mastermind—who saw a spark before we did. She was convinced we’d be perfect together and made it her mission to make it happen. Spoiler alert: she was right. Eventually, Nancy made the first move (shoutout to strong women!) and asked Jacob out. They went on their first date in February, and the connection was instant—like, "How did we not meet sooner?" kind of instant. Fast forward through lots of laughs, late-night chats, and years of building something beautiful together… and then it was Jacob’s turn to ask the big question—and he did. 💍 From forklifts to forever, we still can’t believe we found love somewhere between orthopedic shipments and scanner beeps—but we wouldn't change a thing.
