Shenandoah National Park hosts a 105 mile trek known as the Skyline Drive. Nancy grew up 45 minutes from skyline drive. She reflects on her upbringing as "blessed with beauty" and wants you to share the same experience she had in gazing upon the rolling mountains.
Luray Caverns
Luray caverns is a family friendly local attraction for which Luray is known. If you have some time it's a great place to adventure.
Wisteria Farm and Vineyard
Just a hop, skip and jump from the wedding venue - what better way to relax before the wedding than a cute winery nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cal and Nancy have visited many vineyards - their favorite being in Nashville where they currently reside. If they spent their afternoon at a vineyard - it was an afternoon well spent.
Jordan Hollow Stables
Coming a day early? Enjoy your afternoon with a horseback ride through the blue ridge mountain. Cal and Nancy have gone horseback riding once - through the mountains of western Maryland and they had a blast!
