Nicole is Nalani’s older and only sister, her voice of reason, her best friend. They could not be more opposite if they tried, however, Nalani admires her and appreciates the bond they have. Growing up Nalani drove her crazy. Let us be honest, she still does, but she thinks Nicole has learned how to handle her 😊 only took her 32 years! Nicole has brought two of Nalani's favorite tiny humans into this world and is an amazing mother to Emerson Elizabeth and Atticus Dean. Nalani is so thankful that they have one another and would not want anyone else standing by her side on such an important day in her life. 💜

Jul and Nalani met in their younger years and 21 years later they are still the closest friends. They have been through it all together. From driver's education in high school to hot air ballooning in Scottsdale, one thing remains constant, she always takes care of her nervous Nalani! She is the most genuine and warm-hearted person and is always there for the people she cares about, probably why she is such an amazing nurse! Standing by Nalani's side on her big day is the only place she should be! 💜

Karen Johnson

Kare and Nalani met in college at SUNY Oneonta when Nalani joined her sorority in 2008. Little did they know that they would become the best of friends. They were roommates for quite a few years after graduating college, God bless Karen for surviving 😊 She wears her heart on her sleeve and is the most caring person. She is also a Cricut pro (for those of you who don’t know what that is, it is a crafting machine that Nalani only knows how to use because of the training she gave her) so be on the lookout for any homemade decorations at the wedding. If they look good, most likely Kare made them! Also, she is far from a "Karen", thank goodness! My special day wouldn’t be the same without her by my side! 💜

Ashley is one of Nalani’s good friends. Their friendship started when she recruited Nalani to be part of her sorority at SUNY Oneonta back in the day. From late nights out on the town to her proofreading and correcting all of Nalani's school work, they have always had a special bond. She is an amazing teacher and when she is not hard at work in school, she is planning our next get together. (She was a professional party planner in her first life) If we hired a wedding planner, it would have been her! So happy to have her standing by my side 💜

Lindsey Maniscalco

Lindsey is married to Fabio, Lou’s good friend who is also part of the wedding party. Nalani and Lindsey met and hit it off right away! Lindsey is a creative and inspirational soul. We have to give credit where credit is due. Our save the date photo was taken by this lovely lady. She is the mother of three beautiful children, Vincenzo, Eleana, and Briella! Her nurturing and kind ways are contagious and I am blessed to have her standing by my side 💜

Anne is the oldest of the Formato Trio (Dom in the middle, Lou the youngest ). Like all the Formato family she shares a passion of cars, cooking and family (maybe not in that order) . Anne enjoys spending time outside always on a walk or a hike, she’s even braved a snow storm with Nalani and Lou to hike Sams point together. We look forward to having Anne by our side on our special day.

Erica is married to Lou’s brother, the best man. Although they live miles apart, they bond over their love for the Formato boys 😊 as well as her beautiful daughter Lauren Rose. Dr. Formato may live in Virginia but we know who to call for medical advice 😉 However, she gives the best advice all around. She is passionate about the things/people she loves and has a beautiful soul. So thankful to have her by my side 💜

Lou's big little brother, and the father to the AMAZING Lauren Rose. Dom has always been the calm and responsible Formato. But don't let him kid you, he still has a wild side. More importantly, he has helped guide Lou through the trials and tribulations we call life. Though Dom was traveling proudly serving the US Navy, Lou and Dom maintained a very closer relationship. Lou always said, no matter how hard it is to communicate , he and Dom always found a way (email, skype, iMessage, facetime, google hangouts, etc lol the list goes on) . Dom (while smaller) is someone Lou always looks up to. He's mechanically the most gifted person anyone has ever seen.. so if something breaks have no fear.. Dom will fix it!!

Chris is Lou's First cousin. Growing up Chris was given the honorary 3rd son position by Lou's parents. Ever since growing up , Lou and Chris have only gotten closer, including seeing each other whenever possible as well as going on several trips together. Chris is also one of those people that makes you always feel welcome, so even if you've just met him you instantly become friends. He was kind enough to even open his beautiful house to us to help celebrate an amazing bachelor party ! Although Chris lives in Florida, Lou and him speak all the time . Chris is a natural athlete... so never challenge him to anything sport related, because you'll probably lose.

Ezequiel "Zeke" Francisco

Zeke and Lou actually met each other and became friends through work. While Zeke is one of Lou's "newest friends" he is also one of his closet. Zeke is always the guy we can call when Nalani breaks something at the house or whenever anyone is in need of a hand. Zeke is also a fellow car guy.. so Him and Lou have driven everything together from Polaris to Porsches. Zeke (much like Lou) loves to buy and sell stuff, so chances are if he's looking at something for too long, he's either gonna buy it or sell it .

Steve Kahn

Steve may be one of Lou's quietest friends.. but to those who know him, they know he has a wilder less quiet side. Steve is always there to help, even when we take on projects that are WAYYYY to big for our knowledge or equipment. Steve is always down for a new adventure including fire works, boats, or anything dangerous .He's also probably the craziest driver you'll ever meet... words of advice.. don't ever follow Steve or even try to keep up.

Fabio and Lou have a shared passion for Food. From the trips to Joe on Avenue U , to Rice balls after a Juventus game, to enjoying soup from the caldron of the Rockland House... we share our love for food and good times. Fabio also is an avid Hunter and has dragged Lou into the tree stand on multiple occasions... if anyone needs to know where the Deer are.. Fabio is your guy. But when Fabio invites you over for grilling chances are.. he wants you to cook .

aka Tay tay .... Lou and Taylor share many of the same passions... Cars , The Gym and a good Burger. Taylor also shares our Alma Matter (all 3 of us have attended SUNY Oneonta) .Taylor has a passion for boating (but always managed to show up when the boat was already in the water and full of gas lol) But don't let Taylor's tardiness get in the way... he is a great guy and an excellent friend. If you're ever looking for Taylor he's either at the gym or "working" .

Lou’s long lost brother. Some say they even look alike (Lous better looking). They share a love for cars, guns and fine watches. With Lawrence , everything’s an adventure. From random trips to Albany to pick up an old truck to last minute camping trips Lawrence knows how to have fun with little or no planning. Lawrence is the kind of guy who makes everyone feel like family and is always down for a good time. Just whatever you do, don’t ask him to burn anything .
