Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The Lodge at Ironwoods -14701 Mission Rd, Leawood, KS 66224. Wedding and reception will be at this location.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find parking and get seated.
Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Transportation will not be provided, so please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Vehicle are allowed to remain at venue overnight if it is not safe for you to drive after reception.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in Black-Tie.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration mostly adults-only. Only children in the wedding party or from our immediate families will be attending. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep things intimate!

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! Free parking is available at the venue.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any food allergies or dietary needs — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request no phones or cameras during the ceremony — we want everyone to be fully present with us. Don’t worry, we’ll have a photographer capturing it all!

Are there hotel blocks available?
Answer
There will not be any hotel blocks available. However, there are two hotels in a 5 miles radius from the venue; Hampton by Hilton OP South and Home2 Suites Overland Park.
