Covid-19 Protocols- Health & Safety

Answer

Getting married in the midst of a global pandemic means that everyone's health and safety are our top priority. We ask that you adhere to your country's COVID-19 regulations and guidelines and that you ensure that you have any COVID-19 documentation required by your country on departure and arrival prepared ahead of time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are nearly at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the following hotel. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before June 24th. Final Payment Due Date(s) 100% (full) payment is required for guests with NO Travel Protection by 6/24/2022. A minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection by 6/24/2022 with the remaining balance payment required by 7/20/2022. Any reservation not paid to the required amount by these dates will be canceled automatically. Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Yes, there will be shared transportation between the airport and resort if you booked your room with Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #forevernajarro so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes, there will! We will have appetizers, a full open bar, as well as a 3-course meal, wedding cake, and desserts! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Um, does the sunrise in the morning? LOL. Of course, we will have dancing. We have arranged a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This is a "FETE"!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
