Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately due to venue limitations, we are having an adults-only reception. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, seating will start at 4pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! There is a wide selection of hotels near the venue: Recommended options include The Diamond Mills Hotel or Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston. Please check out the Travel section of our website for details. As accommodation is highly in demand in Saugerties, we do recommend booking early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We want you to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will depart from Diamond Mills Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston before our ceremony and make return trips following the reception. Details TBD soon!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, and vehicles left overnight can be collected the following morning.
