The easiest airport for guests is Porto (OPO), there are direct flights from Toronto YYZ and New York EWR and JFK to Lisbon. Porto Aiport is located about 35 minutes from The Lince Braga. Guests may also fly into Lisbon and explore before the event, with many simple options to reach Braga afterward, including trains, internal flights, and express buses. Car rentals in Portugal are very affordable, and unlike other European cities, driving is easy and parking is accessible, especially in Braga and the surrounding region. If you prefer not to drive, Uber, taxis, and public trains are widely available and easy to use. Don’t forget — we will have shuttles to and from our wedding events on Sunday and Tuesday, making transportation even more convenient for everyone.

We will be staying at The Lince Braga, and all wedding shuttles will depart from and return to this hotel for the events throughout the weekend. For convenience, this is the easiest place to stay. We’ve secured a group booking rate through The Lince Braga. That said, we encourage guests to compare prices on sites like Booking.com or Expedia, as these platforms sometimes offer rates equal to or even lower than the hotel’s direct website. The Lince Braga is very centrally located, making it easy and accessible even if you choose to stay at another property nearby. Train Info - Guests coming from Lisbon to Braga

Some guests may find it may be most cost effective to fly directly into Lisbon, explore its beauty and take the train up to Braga. The train ride is about 3.5 hours long and tickets range from 15-30 Euros per person. To take the train from Lisbon, you would leave from either the Gare do Oriente station or the Santa Apolónia station. You would then arrive at the Braga station. This same train can also take you to Porto and surrounding areas to explore during the wedding week
