The short answer is: yes. As of May 15, outdoor event spaces are allowed a capacity of 250 people, while still following masking and social distancing guidelines which will be in effect. Please stay home if you aren’t feeling well. We also encourage everyone to get the vaccine if they are able! Thank you for understanding and please reach out if you have questions.
Yes! Parking is available in front of the venue and cars are able to remain parked over night as long as they are removed Sunday morning by 11:00 AM. We do recommend carpooling or Ubering/Lyft, so there is room for everyone. Parking is free!
Please arrive at the ceremony between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. The driving time from Downtown Richmond is about 30 minutes and from Bon Air/Midlothian is about 25 minutes.
The short answer is cocktail attire. Formal attire is not necessary. An example for an outfit may be: suit pants, khakis or chinos paired with a button-down and suit jacket. Another idea is: long or short dresses, jumpsuits or rompers. Of course pants and blouses would also fit into this category.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be held in an air conditioned tent. There will be some tables outside of the tent with yard games and a fire pit (also weather permitting). Please plan accordingly as it may be sunny and warm.

Unfortunately we are limiting children at our wedding to those of immediately family only. We are doing this so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
There will be hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as a buffet dinner. We will have a bar with wine, beer and select cocktails but there will also be tea, coffee, water, and lemonade/sodas. Please let us know when you RSVP if there are any dietary restrictions we should be made aware of and we will try our best to accommodate you.
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will be asked to head to the reception tent where we will be serving light hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
