Writing a story is an ongoing process. In the process you find your deepest joys and sorrows, you find laughter, you find your deepest heart desires. Those heart desires that can only come from God, where you encounter love. Our story of coming together started long before we even knew. With Tristan embarking on a big move from Charlotte, North Carolina to Austin, Texas and Nadia leaving for a life changing journey through Mexico and Italy, we both reached a point in our lives where we needed a change of pace; both career focused, we knew something was missing. Through these individual journeys, we continued living, dreaming, reaching our goals, and learning about ourselves individually, but yet something called us to take action towards finding someone who we could share our lives with. Though the journey to finding true love was long, we never gave up, and hoped to someday meet that special person. A person we could share funny stories with, share fears and dreams with, and a person who we could go on all sorts of adventures with. On November 21, 2024 both of these stories crossed paths and shared their lives though a sweet Cabo Bobs lunch date. We talked about everything and nothing, finding that it was hard not to talk to each other, and from there the conversation just continued. As the days went by, the reality of “Nadia and Tristan becoming one” became more and more real. Fast-forward to now, we are getting married in one of our favorite adventurous places in the heart of Mexico... Oaxaca is diverse in beautiful culture and rich history that you will get to experience on our wedding day. We are beyond excited for you all to be in this special place to witness the union of “Nadia and Tristan.” <3 Toda historia se escribe poco a poco, en el proceso descubriendo alegrías, aprendizajes y los deseos más profundos del corazón, esos deseos que solamente vienen de Dios y nos guían al amor verdadero. Aunque no lo sabíamos, nuestra historia comenzó mucho antes de conocernos. Tristan se mudaba de Carolina del Norte a Austin, Texas, mientras Nadia emprendía un viaje transformador por México e Italia. Ambos, enfocados en nuestras carreras, sentíamos que algo faltaba y que era momento de un cambio. A través de estos caminos individuales, continuamos viviendo, soñando, alcanzando metas y conociéndonos a nosotros mismos. Después de un largo proceso, el 21 de noviembre de 2024, nuestras historias se cruzaron durante una cita sencilla pero muy especial. Desde ese momento, la conexión fue clara y la idea de compartir la vida juntos empezó a tomar formar. Hoy celebramos ese encuentro casándonos en el corazón de México, en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos: Oaxaca, tierra de cultura, historia y tradiciones. Nos llena de alegría que nos acompañen para celebrar nuestra unión en los ojos de Dios en un lugar tan especial.
