We've had some of our sweetest times and deepest conversations at the Philbrook. They have a wonderful selection of art, and a lovely garden to peruse and relax in.

Philbrook Museum of Art

One of Tulsa's best outdoor spaces! A park with playgrounds, art, food, and a "lodge" for relaxed hangs and reading.

Gathering Place

We love Killer Whale Barbecue because it is perfectly seasoned, melt-in-your-mouth meaty goodness....but also because we are good buds with the owner, Oliver Freakin Larrabee! Open from 11am-3pm on Saturday's only.

Killer Wail Barbecue

Perhaps the best beer in Tulsa (in Josh's humble opinion).

Fun fact: Chimera Cafe was the FIRST TIME that Josh and Nadia ever met in-person outside of the hospital on a warm, sunny September morning in 2022. Enjoy one of our favorite coffee/brunch spots in downtown Tulsa.
