Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please rsvp by January 31st, 2025. We realize that scheduling and planning that far in advance can be tricky for some so if you have any concerns or uncertainty, please let us know. January 25th is also when we will need your rsvp for our Welcome Event. This will help us to get an accurate number of guest for our vendors to ensure everything is ready to celebrate.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

While we love all of your children, the ceremony and reception is adults only. If you are wanting/needing to bring your children with you for this trip and need babysitting for them, let Andrew or Nadia know and we can help organize babysitting for them. Please contact us with any questions.

Question

What time can we arrive at the Jewel Box for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The Jewel Box doors will not be open until 3pm, so please do not arrive anytime before then. At 3pm our DJ and wedding party will be arriving/getting set up, so a more optimal time to arrive would be around 3:10pm. You will be greeted by ushers inside the front doors and they will help direct you to your seats. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm.

Question

What time can I arrive at the Wild Carrot for the reception?

Answer

The Wild Carrot will be open for people to arrive directly after the ceremony. Families and the wedding party will stay at the Jewel Box once the ceremony is over to take pictures for a couple of minutes and then head over to the Wild Carrot. If you are not part of these groups, then you are more than welcome to head right over to the Wild Carrot immediately following the ceremony. The reception will start at 5pm.

Question

Where can we park at the Jewel Box and Wild Carrot?

Answer

The Jewel Box and Wild Carrot both have street parking only. There is plenty of space for parking on the street close to the Jewel Box. The Wild Carrot has open-street parking along 39th street. Also there can be parking spots found on side streets in the neighborhoods near the Wild Carrot. Since both locations are street parking only, it may be beneficial to ride share if possible to reduce the amount of cars and walking distance. If you have a disability or difficulty walking, please contact us so that we can figure out the best parking spot for you at both locations.

Question

What is the Welcome Event?

Answer

The Welcome Event is an event on Saturday evening for our families and the wedding party to get an opportunity to meet each other and enjoy each other’s company. While we wish we could host everyone at this event, we do have to limit this event to out of town family and our wedding party due to capacity limitations.

Question

What should I do if I am having trouble booking a room through the hotel block?

Answer

If you are having trouble booking a room, whether the link is not working for you or some other reason, please reach out to us. We will work to get the situation figured out and let you know what to do next.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding and reception?

Answer

Cocktail attire

Question

Who should guest contact if there are any additional questions?

Answer

You can contact Nadia or Andrew with any additional questions and we will gladly help figure them out. We cannot wait to celebrate our day with everyone.
