We need all RSVP’s completed by September 1st 2026. If you do not RSVP by that date unfortunately we will not be able to have you as a guest at our wedding. If you RSVP and something urgent comes up and you’re unable to attend, let us know ASAP. Please note that RSVP’s aren’t only for guests who will be attending. If you can’t make it to our special day, please indicate that on the RSVP section of our website. When prompted select “I will not be attending”.
Please arrive between 3:30 PM - 3:45 PM. Our ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM. If you arrive after our ceremony has begun, we kindly ask you to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony ends.
Our official dress code is Cocktail, and we kindly suggest wearing “fall colors”. Some examples for the gentlemen are casual suits, slacks & a dress shirt, dress shoes, and a tie! For the ladies, go with a knee-length to mid-length gown or a stylish jumpsuit/pantsuit, with heels or flats! (Our ceremony lawn has turf, so your heels will not sink into the ground) Please do not wear white (with the exception of men’s dress shirts), and please no jeans. We’re looking forward to seeing our guests dressed up for the occasion. We’re getting married in November, and it will be chilly in the evening, so I recommend bringing a jacket.
Unless indicated on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate extra guests. If you did receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP through our website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.
We’re happy to have your little ones be a part of our special day! We kindly ask that if your little one starts crying or gets upset during our ceremony, please step out.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our reception will be held indoors.
Yes, there is a large free parking lot at our venue.
We will have a cash bar (non-open bar) available to guests who would like alcoholic drinks, but all non alcoholic drinks are on us! We will also be providing both sparkling cider and champagne for our toasts. Please note that our bar does not accept cash for any purchases. They only accept card payments, so please plan accordingly.
Outside alcohol is not permitted on the property to ensure our guests safety. If you do bring your own alcohol on the premises it will be confiscated by venue staff.
We have hired a wonderful photographer who will be capturing all our special moments during the ceremony! All phones and electronics must be silenced and put away during the ceremony portion of the event.
