Travel
AIR: Comox has an international airport which can be flown into through the big two Canadian Airlines (WestJet and Air Canada). There are also airports in Nanaimo (1.5h drive to Comox) and Victoria (3h drive to Comox).
LAND: Comox is on Vancouver Island, so if you are driving from Mainland BC you will need to take BC Ferries from Vancouver to Nanaimo. Nanaimo is approximately a 1.5h drive from Comox.
WATER: If you are taking a car, the BC Ferries routes from Vancouver to Nanaimo are either; Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay, or Tsawwassen to Duke Point. Reservations are highly recommended, you must be at least 30 minutes early for your reservation time for it to be honoured. There is also a walk-on Hullo Ferry from Downtown Vancouver to Nanaimo, but you will need to arrange a ride from Nanaimo to Comox once you arrive.
