We are lucky enough to already have many of the necessities for this new chapter together. However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, here's our gift registry.
Some of you may be asking, "What about the red envelope?" Red is an auspicious, lucky color in Vietnamese culture. Red envelopes with cash or checks are traditionally given to the couple during the reception as gifts (there are no registries in Vietnamese culture!)
We welcome red envelopes as a way to symbolically bestow happiness, luck and good wishes to us.
