Our wedding ceremony is a closed-door ceremony that begins PROMPTLY at 400pm. If you are not seated by then you will have to wait in the entrance hall until the ceremony has concluded.
Please note that the venue is a non- smoking venue
Both the ceremony and reception will happen indoors. However, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The weather will be nice and warm so feel free to leave your jacket.
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed for our big day. Dress code is black-tie optional. Please note that dresses should be full-length, mid-length, or tea-length. Formal jumpsuits are also permitted. Tuxedos or suits may be worn. Please view header image for our wedding colors.
All events must be paid in full in advance therefore we are unable to offer any refunds if you are unable to attend. We hope you understand and pray there is no need. You can however transfer your payment to another guest. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 15TH. You will receive an invoice following your RSVP of the events to process your payment.
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
The Marriott Walnut Creek offers FRESH BITES service which is similar to Room Service. This option can be found on the Marriott BonVoy App. Hours are also disclosed on the App based on day. Please review the hours as the hours can change.
Our wedding ceremony will be an "unplugged style". In order for our lovely photographer to take amazing photos, we respectfully ask that you do not have your phone out. We appreciate your adhering to our request. However, feel free to take photos as you like during the cocktail hour and reception.
Unfortunately, our venue is unsuitable for children under 16. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Only guests named on formal invitations will be admitted.
