This hotel is a slightly fancier option ;) It was originally constructed in 1927 as the headquarters for New Orleans Public Service Inc. (NOPSI), the city’s former utility company and transit operator. It's now one of New Orleans' more sophisticated hotels, and literally just finished being built in July of this year. It's got beautiful architecture in the main lobby and the rooms look excellent. Plus, NOPSI also has a rooftop pool (which we haven't experienced yet, but we have a feeling it's a good one). Fantastic boutique hotel with spectacular roof top bar in the Central Business District! A 10 minute walk from the Ace Hotel and a quick jaunt to the French Quarter. If you want to make a reservation please call 504 603 2442, ask for the dates (March 23rd - March 25) and mention the Massuda/Soverel block.

Our room blocks here have filled, but please feel free to book at our other two hotel blocks at the NOPSI and Catahoula. And of course the Ace is available for booking outside of the wedding block as well. The Ace Hotel has a gorgeous rooftop pool & deck, incredible restaurants, amenities, etc. We want the Ace to be our central gathering point throughout the weekend--the place where everyone can hang out if they want, relax poolside, etc. It's a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter, and it's also close by to the Garden District. The location is amazing.
