Best Man
We lived right across the street from each other. We've been brothers since the age of four years old. Blood, spit, war...we check every box and then some.
Maid of Honor
My Grandmother once told my Mom that she desperately needed to have another child because I was getting "too spoiled." Luckily, Kirsten came along soon-after and my life was forever changed. After getting used to the idea of sharing, I discovered the benefits of having a 24/7 assistant, a student to torture in my "fun school" classes and a mini-me that was willing to play dress-up at my discretion. I can't wait to have my longest best-friend by my side on this special day.
Best Man
He was my big brother in college, but we became best friends in the real world. One of the funniest and hardest working people of ALL time.
Maid of Honor
We all should have known--when a blonde-haired, blue-eyed baby joined the Hartley family--to expect the unexpected. This baby sister of mine is just as sassy as she is sweet, and keeps everyone she knows on their toes. She can make me laugh like nobody else (even when it's at my own expense) and I can't wait to have her next to me as I marry her favorite (only) big brother.
Groomsman
It was like the first day of school all over again...except we were grown men and it was the 1st day of my new job. Jarreth blessed me with his experience, his friendship and put me on the path to make my mark at our company. ( Denzel voice) My Man!
Bridesmaid
It was my first day of first grade at Holy Rosary. Being new to the school and a bit shy, my Mom stepped in to help me make friends--starting with a curly-haired blonde. Turns out, my new friend would quickly become my partner in crime through middle school, high school, college.... and now, next to me on my wedding day. Even though I've always called her my best friend, she's always been (and my family would agree) more of a sister. <3
Groomsman
We actually met through Jessica. But, it was love at first sight with me and Chris. So he dropped her to become partners in crime with me. Smart guy with with a whole lotta swag.
Bridesmaid
Kim completes me. And, she's made my self-esteem and college stories about 25% more impressive. What I love most about our friendship is that it spans from the craziest of all college spring break trips to discussions about life, love and career goals. Plus, she has amazing confidence that is extremely contagious. So, I know that having her by my side on my wedding day, I will be feeling like a 10. ;)
Groomsman
We met on the Paramount studio lot like a million years ago and have been supporting each other personally, professionally and ignorantly ever since. Creatively we just vibe.
Bridesmaid
God must have been excited for us to be best friends. Despite the fact that I was due two months after Andi, we were born to sister Moms only two days apart. And now, we're getting married just two months apart. After all the summers, fort-building, family vacations, boy-chasing and growing up that we've done together, I'm beyond excited to have this best friend of mine next to me as I say "I do."
Groomsman
We met many moons ago through my best friend Jimmy. Rasheed's energy and affinity for exploring music and new cultures broadened not only his own horizons, they expanded mine as well. Blessed to have this brother onboard this life train of mine.
Bridesmaid
Nicole is the ying to my yang. When I think of our friendship, I think of the word "shenanigans." I've always had an old soul, but less-so with this sassy best friend. Throughout the years, Nicole has reminded me that sometimes bad decisions are actually the best decisions, rules were meant to be broken and I'm not the only one that loves McDonalds icecream cones.
Groomsman
We met through my brother Robert, when I was trying to become a screenwriter. David took me under his wing and schooled me on the ins & outs of crisp dialogue and unique characters. I never won an Oscar, but I'm forever grateful for his tutelage. My brother from another mother!
Bridesmaid
I've adored Kelley since day 1. And, even though she was my sorority "little sis" in college, there was NOTHING little about her personality, sense of humor or college car (ha!). She's one of the most genuine, loyal and #momgoals women I know. Needless to say, I'm beyond grateful for our friendship and I can't wait to have her next to me on my special day.
HONORARY GROOMSMEN
We met years ago at a club once through mutual friends. First thing she ever said to me "lose the chicken smell on your breath before you go talking to any ladies". Our friendship has always been honest and direct. I truly credit some of the success I've had in my relationship with Jessica, because of Jenell always sharing the missteps of the guys in her life. I'm a great man for my Fox, because Jenell has not AND will not let me slide on anything.
