Maid of Honor
Liv and Leslie met in 1999 at Mrs. Maco’s kindergarten class at Notre Dame Elementary. They have been like sisters ever since! From Notre Dame, to Bethlehem Catholic HS, to DeSales (and even roommates!) we have always had each other’s backs. Liv is one of the most solid and practical people that Leslie knows, and is the perfect Maid of Honor!
Best Man
More than just being John's older brother, Carmine is the best brother and friend a person could ask for. John is so grateful to have Carmine at his side as Best Man for this most important day.
Bridesmaid
Maria and Leslie met in 2009 during a pre-high school work program at Bethlehem Catholic and have been best friends ever since. Groomsman
John and Alex first met in elementary school at St. Joseph the Worker, but it was in their high school years that they became bonded as lifelong friends. From the stage they shared at the Mr. Parkland competition, Alex has always been a source of inspiration to John through his strong ambition and dedication to achieving his goals.
Bridesmaid
Lindsay and Leslie were matched up randomly as roommates at DeSales in 2013. Thanks DeSales! We lived together for the next three years and had many midnight chats, midnight pancake runs, and more great memories than we can count. Leslie has always admired Lindsay's fearlessness and ability to rise to challenge after challenge. Now, she is happy that Lindsay is back on the East Coast after a few years in sunny LA. Welcome home Linds!
Groomsman
John and Christian met while both attending DeSales University, where they participated together in many after-class sports, shared a passion for their business studies, and worked to grow in their faith. Christian was given the affectionate nickname "The Human Greyhound" by John for his boundless energy and cheerful spirit
Bridesmaid
Fran and Leslie met in 2009 at a volleyball team tryout. John and Fran met in 2013 during business classes. For all these years Fran has been a great friend to both of us! Fran inspires us with her kind heart, fierce drive for success, and her dedication to slow down and enjoy a good book. One day day we may even try yoga - namaste!
Groomsman
John met Bradley shortly after starting dating Leslie. Brad is a favorite partner of John's during highly-competitive family game nights. John is so excited to be officially becoming Brad's cousin very soon!
Father of the Bride
Dad taught me the value of hard work, a good nap, and that sunny days are a gift. From piloting a boat to driving a pick-up, and tiling a bathroom to building a deck - practical skills are a in no short supply! But you also showed me how to care for everyone that I could, from lonely kittens that needed a home, to someone who forgot their wallet at the grocery checkout. But most importantly, you made sure I knew that there is always room for one more at the table. Thanks for everything Dad, I love you
Father of the Groom
A son could not hope for a better father to be a role model of what it means to be a man. Dad, you demonstrate what hard work and dedication mean. You inspire me with your leadership and ambition, while always prioritizing being together as a family. I credit you for my sense of curiosity in every sphere of knowledge. And I am eternaly grateful to you for providing a tough challenge for me to equal as a husband and father.
Mother of the Bride
Mom gave me my love of reading, coffee, desserts, and surprise adventures. We are so similar that we often show up wearing the same colors, and have surprised friends and strangers alike with our identical mannerisms. Thanks for teaching me how to ask for what I want without being scared, and reminding me to always slow down and enjoy a beautiful sunset. I love you!
Mother of the Groom
Words hardly do justice to the wife and mother she is. Mom, you've dedicated your life to our family. From the beginning you've always provided endless love in so many forms. I thank you for sharing your quick wit, ebullient nature, and strong faith with me. I wouldn't be anything I am today without you, Mom.
