Matron of Honor
I met Mychaela in the hospital room once she was born! That’s what happens when you’re the older sister…so we’ve known each other for almost all of Mychaela’s life. Growing up we drove each other crazy, but once Mychaela entered high school we became the best of friends. We’ve had many, many adventures over the years including trips out of the country, girls weekends in ATL and Salisbury, conversations about faith, mental health, and about anything else you can imagine, and so much more. I was already in college when Wade and Mychaela began dating, but I remember talking about their relationship with Mychaela as it progressed. And then once Wade moved to ATL the waiting game began of when Wade would propose. I was elated when I got the call that it had finally happened and I am overjoyed to be standing next to my little sister as she marries her best friend!
Best Man
I met Wade back in 2nd grade. He was a cool dude, we hit it off & he definitely lucked into dating Mychaela. I'm proud to stand by his side (& make sure he shows up) & watch him start the next chapter in his life. I also took his fiancé up in an airplane without him because he was too scared.
Matron of Honor
Mychaela & I first met in swim lessons at ages 2 & 3. She's the first friend I ever remember having & while we may not have always been each other's closest friends in the time we've known each other, she's always the friend that I know I can come back to no matter what. We're pretty much sisters at this point & I am so excited to be able to stand by her as she marries the love of her life. Cheers to Mychaela & Wade!
Groomsman
I have known Wade since elementary school & met Mychaela in high school. I really got to get to know the two the most during college where I roomed with Wade for 3 years! Mychaela would come & visit & we would all get to hang out. My favorite memories with Wade would have to be fishing at Wrightsville Beach & the countless hours in the gym playing basketball. The top memory that comes to mind with Mychaela is when we were all hanging out at our apartment & we had a late-night sweet tooth, so we made some cookies & before they were done cooking, we just took them out & ate the hot 25% cooked cookies.

I moved to Clayton, NC from Maryland about 10 years ago. I will be graduating from NC State in Spring 2023 with my Master's of Social Work. I first met Mychaela & Wade 4 years ago when I started dating Will & we've all been FREAKIN’ BESTIES ever since.

I'm from Clayton, NC & I'll be graduating from NC State in the spring. I met Mychaela & Wade through church in our youth group. One of my favorite memories with the two of them was singing in the town square in Puerto Rico on a mission trip in 2015.

I'm currently a supervisor/crisis counselor at REAL Crisis center in Greenville, NC as well as a Master of Social Work student as ECU. Mychaela & I met during initiation for our honor fraternity, Phi Sigma Pi. She has always been my rock & stability during our time as initiates/brothers/roommates/friends. There's a whole lifetime of memories that I have with Mychaela, but I do remember her inviting me to her church's oyster fest & I had them for the first time with a little hot sauce or our late-night McDonald's orders. Mostly it comes down to our talk about life & how we can relate & understand each other so well. I adore Mychaela & her ability to always be there for me & anyone who needs her. Wade is just as special & amazing as Mychaela & I'm so glad they found each other & will continue to foster their love & happiness. I'm very excited to be a part of Mychaela & Wade's special day & can't wait to meet all of you!!

I met Wade through Mychaela & our time at ECU. Mychaela & Wade have always been two of the kindest people I’ve met who would do anything for a person or friend in need. One of my favorite memories is going to visit Wade & Mychaela in Atlanta. They showed us around the city to their favorite places to eat & hangout. Then at night we played board games catching up. It was as if no time passed at all showing that no matter how far away or how much time has passed, important people in your life will always be there & can make it feel like you have been there for every step of the way even from long distances apart.

I met the beautiful bride through the neuroscience program at Georgia State. Starting grad school during COVID brought us together & many a study night, trivia night, girls' night, & party night have kept us together. Knowing (& loving) Mychaela & Wade has been one of the great joys I've encountered in Atlanta!

I've known Wade since elementary school & we've been the best of friends ever since. I've not had the pleasure of knowing Mychaela quite as long but it's been fantastic nonetheless.

I met Mychaela at ECU during my sophomore year when we both rushed Phi Sigma Pi. Mychaela quickly became one of my closest friends & someone I could always rely on & trust. It's hard to pin down a favorite memory with Mychaela & Wade, but probably joking around & laughing in our living room about sneaking in our sneakers. I feel incredibly honored to be a part of their special day!
Groomswoman
I met Wade when we lived on the same floor freshman year at UNCW & we quickly became friends, & our roommates became friends too! Our friendship was really solidified when we went swimming at night with friends & Wade laughed at me when the ocean sent me in a flying somersault. When Wade introduced Mychaela to me, I instantly knew we would get along, & now I talk to Mychaela all the time! I'm so excited to celebrate their love & witness the beginning of their marriage.

I've had the honor of growing up with both the bride & the groom. We all grew up in church together & luckily for me, we have remained close throughout the years. Mychaela & Wade have both shown me what it looks like to be in a strong & loving relationship, even through extremely trying times. In high school, Mychaela & Wade were always able to bring out the best in one another & I've loved being around for all of it. I know they have a lifetime of happiness ahead of them.
Groomsman
I am Wade's first cousin. Only being 4 years apart, Wade & I grew up very close. We played sports together, went on vacations & fishing trips, & I share a lot of my favorite childhood memories with Wade. I currently live in the town of Fuquay-Varina, NC & work within their Parks & Recreation Athletics Division. I am looking forward to being there with Wade & Mychaela on their special day.
Bridesmaid
I'm the 2nd half of the M^2 duo. I met Mick in grad school & we became fast friends; bonded through our shared emotional trauma from our degree & a very concerning number of similarities - including our names (duh!). Wade came along & busted up the duo (just kidding), but as soon as I met him, it was one of those friendships that was just natural & we've been staying weird & wild ever since. We've had a lot of great memories over the past few years, but one of my favorites with both of them was our multipurpose celebration party. It was not only a celebration of academic achievements (we graduated!!!), but also Mick & my birthday, & a celebration of their engagement. It was a day full of pure happiness, partying, & downright shenanigans that will go down in the history books.

Alas, my Lady spoke of a long lost twin she discovered at University, that shared her moniker. Not too long after I learned of their self imposed designation "M^2" did I meet & understand my wife's love for her twin. Mychaela instantly became a close friend & confidant. Mychaela always spoke of a tall, dark, & handsome man in the mountains of North Carolina. When he visited my home, he offered a "Hey, my name is Wade," & I knew our friendship would be grand. Wade & Mychaela have become family to Mykayla & I (& aunt & uncle to our 4 rambunctious doggos). We have been able to depend on them at any moment & we have been lucky enough to create stupendous memories. I can't wait to be there for them as they take this next step.
Junior Bridesmaid
Mychaela was my babysitter when I was little & is now more like my big sister. I have lots of great memories from going to Bojangles after swim meets & more recent trips to Ugly Mug when she is in town. I finally beat her at Rummy, wait for her to challenge me again!
Flower Girl
Mother of the Bride
I am Mychaela's mom. I have had the pleasure of watching Mychaela & Wade develop into a strong, supportive, loving Christian couple. From the first knowledge of their interest in each other, over 8 years ago, to the planning of their wedding, I've been able to see their relationship grow & flourish. Les & I are thrilled that we will be gaining Wade as our son-in-law. We look forward to having many memorable family times together. May God bless them as they begin their next chapter.
Mother of the Groom
I am the mother of the groom. One of my favorite memories of Wade & Mychaela is one night while at the beach we were out on the porch stargazing. Mychaela had an app on her phone that helped identify stars & planets. She & Wade were locating planets & constellations. It was a joy to watch, as their time together is always special.
Father of the Bride
Dia Daoibh. I'm Mychaela's dad. I live southeast of Raleigh, NC & manage a commercial flooring business. One of my favorite recent memories with Mick & Wade is early morning trout fishing at the blue spring at Bennett Spring, MO.
Father of the Groom
I am the father of the groom. A recent memory of Wade & Mychaela is from a fishing trip we took to Harkers Island a couple of years ago. It was cold & breezy, to say the least. We caught numerous species, including our target species, a puffer fish. It was a great trip & a joy to watch Wade & Mychaela share their love of the ocean, their love of the outdoors, & their love for each other.
Grandmother of the Bride
I am Mychaela's grandmother on her father's genealogy line. My favorite memories of Mychaela & Wade would be our Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays where the family gathers for meals & fun/game times.
