The resort is all-inclusive. Therefore, the rates include room accommodations, hotel services, airport transfers, taxes, events, restaurants on the property, and 24-hour access to food and drinks. Feel free to look around on the resort's website, TripAdvisor, or even TikTok to see the perks offered at the resort!
Guests will pay a $100 deposit for the rooms. You will receive an invoice/confirmation that has a button at the top that allows you to make payments at any time. There are no scheduled payment plans. Affirm Financing is also offered if you'd like to apply for that - then you could pay Affirm a small monthly payment over the chosen number of months.
Ideally, you will put down your deposits within the first 30 days of the group going live. Otherwise, there is no real deadline for guests to book, but eventually, we'll need to release any empty rooms the resort would be holding (to avoid penalties) and after that point, all requests will be based on availability and the group rate may or may not continue to be honored by the resort. Therefore, the sooner the better.
Yes and no. The resort can hold the rooms for 4 nights over the date of the ceremony, holding multiple room categories. If a guest wants exactly what rooms are on hold (or a 3-night stay), they will be automatically confirmed. If you need a longer stay or a category that is no longer in inventory, it can be worked out. However, as it gets closer to travel, availability can become an issue - but it's not usually a problem early on.

Flights are not included in the price, so you must book your flights. Danielle will collect your flight details closer to travel for airport transfers, which will be included with the group room rate.
No, you do not have to stay at the resort, though we would love it if you did so we can spend time with you. If you choose to stay elsewhere you will have to pay for a day pass to come onto the property for the ceremony or any other event we will have. Please look to Unico's webpage to see the rates for day passes.

Yes! You will need a passport to travel internationally. If you do not have a passport or need yours renewed, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any delays or issues with being able to join us in Mexico.
The price listed is per person. This means that each person will be paying the amount according to your room assignment. You will not be able to split payments, but there are some great payment options to choose from.
