What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 19th, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.

What is the weather in the area like during September?

Answer

Please expect the weather to be warm, but we will be under lots of tree coverage. Be prepared for the temperature to drop as the evening goes on.

Will this be a child friendly wedding?

Answer

No... While we love children, this will be an adults only event.

Do I get a plus one for the wedding?

Answer

Your invitation will have your plus one listed if you are receiving one.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive no earlier than 4:30 & no later than 4:45pm for the ceremony. Ceremony will start promptly as scheduled.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the wedding venue. We will however be providing two large shuttle buses from the venue to take guests directly to the after party at Khartoum Lounge. The after party venue change and an RSVP option have been added to the website for us to get an accurate headcount on who will be taking the buses from Saratoga Springs straight to the after party. We strongly suggest for guests to take Uber/Lyft to the venue if you plan to take the buses to the after party as you cannot leave vehicles overnight at Saratoga Springs.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking on site at the venue for several hundred guests. However, we suggest carpooling or using ride-share as the road leading to the venue is windy and not well lit.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we know people love to take their own pictures and videos, we will have our photographer capturing this moment and want all guests present. (We will have a designated phone snatcher!)

What kind of attire should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is perfect. However, please do not wear the color Blue!
