Flight

Cairo International Airport (CAI)

Book your flights to Cairo International Airport (CAI) — the main international gateway into Egypt, well connected from North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Travel Note

Accommodation

You'll usually find better rates on Agoda or Booking.com than on the hotels' official sites, so it's worth comparing both before you book. If you need help with your booking, reach out to us and we'll get you sorted.

Hotel

Pyramisa Suites Hotel

60 Giza Street
Dokki, Giza, Egypt

5-star hotel in a prime location. Costs roughly $80-85 per night, but rooms have a two-bed option if you'd rather share and split the cost. Recommend guests stay at this hotel with check-out date of June 28th.

Hotel

Tolip Hotel Olympic International City

Egypt International Olympic City
Ain El Sokhna Road, Cairo, Egypt

This is where the wedding takes place on June 28. If you're joining us to Hurghada afterwards, we suggest staying here that night and checking out on the 29th. The bus to Hurghada leaves right from here at 1:00 PM. We have a few extra rooms, so reach out if you'd like help booking. Keep in mind this location is about a 1-1.5 hour drive from the Pyramisa Hotel in Dokki.

Travel Note

Uber

Uber is the easiest and most affordable way to get around Cairo — most rides will run you less than $5 USD. Keep in mind, Cairo traffic can get painful. Trips typically take upwards of 30 minutes regardless of distance, so plan accordingly. Suggestion: When prompted, opt to pay for your Uber ride via card (rather than cash) to lock in your fare upfront and avoid any fare negotiations.
