Please RSVP by September 1, 2025 through the RSVP tab on our website. The RSVP page will allow you to RSVP for events throughout the weekend as well as choose your meal selections. If you encounter difficulties, please call or text the bride and groom, we can manually RSVP for you.
Please arrive by 4:30 pm; the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.
Each of the events has it's own dress code: Friday and Sunday events are casual, requested dress code for Saturday is semi-formal. Some of the most special moments in our relationship took place during our daily golden hour/sunset walks through beautiful California neighborhoods (thanks for getting us off the couch, Playa!), so sunset colors, florals, and other brights are encouraged, but at the end of the day, please just wear whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable! The ceremony will be on grass, this may influence shoe choices.
Kids are welcome at the Friday and Sunday events, however, we respectfully request that children not attend the ceremony and reception on Saturday night. We are happy to help arrange local child care and on-site child care may be available at Newport Beach Country Club if there is sufficient interest. Please reach out to the couple if you would like to explore this option.
There will be a car service from the Vea hotel. If you are not staying at Vea we recommend we recommend ride-share, but valet parking at the country club will also be available.
The Friday and Sunday events will both be outside. On Saturday, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, but then we will head indoors to the ballroom (which has sliding doors onto the patio and is more of an indoor/outdoor space. The weather should be beautiful this time of year (as it usually is in SoCal), but it is likely to get cool at night, we recommend bringing an extra layer.
