Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire, with an emphasis on fun and colorful patterns! Please do not wear black or white. Our venue also has a shoe policy to protect the historic flooring. Please do not wear stilettos (pointed heels), metal shoes, or wheeled shoes. What do we consider cocktail attire? Something fancier than your everyday clothes. Suits are great, but jackets and ties aren't necessary. Dresses, jumpers, and pant suits are cool, but a blouse and fun pants are an option as well! We're not very traditional and don't expect you to adhere to a traditional dress code. Our priority is that you feel comfortable and confident in what you wear, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about dress code.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, though we’d love to see your children, we have decided to have an adults-only affair. We hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking available at the German Society, and there is usually ample street parking nearby. The venue is located six blocks from the Broad Street Line. Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available in the city.
