Please have your guests identify themselves as being part of the Caret / Murphy wedding block for them to obtain the discounted rate. As of August 1st 2020, we have 10 rooms blocked for Friday, August 13th and 20 rooms blocked for August 14th 2021. If these get scooped up quickly they will let us know if they can add more rooms to our wedding room block. The discounted rate is $195 for single or double occupancy for a standard room with two double beds. A charge of $10 per person will apply for any additional people sharing in the room. Executive edition room types, King or Double/Double are offered at a rate of $215. All rates subject to a 9% sales tax. All reservations must be made to the hotel no later than July 13, 2021.

Parking on-site at The Caswell Barn & Farm

Is there on-site parking? Plenty! There is a large parking area which can easily fit 100 cars. The guest parking area is away from the barn and tented dining area but the main driveway is for the wedding party and any drop off for guests that might benefit from a door to door service. Cars CAN be left overnight if you drive there, park in the parking lot/field and take the bus to Portland (please be safe!) just be sure to get there the next morning to pick up your car!
